Batterbee and a team of industry professionals are working together to execute a complicated 2-year renovation to an 8000 square foot, five storey, Upper East Side townhouse. This Manhattan ‘Landmarks’ property is being totally gutted, rebuilt and furnished.

Batterbee and the team are specifically designing the kitchen and bathroom areas including all finishes and details for a 7500 square foot new home in Toronto.

A 1200 square foot family room in Greenwich, CT being is being completely renovated, redesigned and refurnished with a new ‘full vista’ window and door wall to the pool and outdoor living area. Unique concepts integrate media, bar facilities and storage areas for an effective and efficient maximization of space.

In France, Batterbee creatively consulted and designed the kitchen and all bathrooms, and was the specifier for all finishes for the renovation and addition to a 120-year-old, 7500 square foot home in Paris.

Past Projects

Complete renovation of a new, 3500 square foot high-rise condominium in downtown Toronto. Batterbee handled all the interior design, and his creative brilliance and artistic touches are clearly visible in the choices of furnishings, accessories and decoration.

A brilliant restoration, renovation and furnishing of the 2000 square foot Grand Ballroom at Glendon Hall for the 2004 Show House for the Junior League of Toronto integrated four dysfunctional spaces into an elegant and unique room that harkens back to a more gracious period.

Batterbee redesigned and renovated the executive offices at RCA Headquarters in Manhattan. An outstandingly effective redesign completely updated the offices and public areas. Particularly striking were the innovative choices of materials and textures used in the boardroom, gallery and reception area.

Provided the architectural design and construction supervision of a stunning 3500 square foot summer home north of Toronto. Rounding out this project Batterbee completely designed the interiors including all furnishings and accessories.

Batterbee served as consultant and interior designer on a strikingly noteworthy 6000 square foot summer home in Quogue, Long Island.

Batterbee applied his distinctive talents and imaginative capability to a complete renovation and refurnishing of a 750 square foot pre-war condominium. The result - an extraordinarily practical, functional and masculine gem in the heart of Manhattan.

When a funky Internet firm in Manhattan needed a new look, Batterbee creatively renovated and refurnished their 25,000 square foot office ensuring them the perfect venue to display their extensive photographic art collection.
